Shannon's Page
On December 27, 1997, Russ and I got married on board the H.M.S. Bounty, which was docked here in Jacksonville. They have a webpage where you can learn about the history of the boat, where it's currently docked and educational programs they offer. See pictures of the boat in our photo album.
A true yankee, I was raised in the beautiful area of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Check out their homepage and links to other areas of Pennsylvania.
The best four years of my life were spent in the only town in Pennsylvania, at Bloomsburg University. I met the best friends I'll ever have there, and spent many nights laughing, crying and sometimes even studying there. The University has a really awesome homepage, with lots of great pictures. Take time to look around a bit. (Christy, Min, & Lisa...thanks for filling those 4 years with unforgettable, and sometimes unbelievable memories!)
You know how it just really stinks to get up in the morning? We have 2 guys down here that are best reasons to get up. Lex and Terry are two of the funniest DJ's I've ever heard. Check out their page, espcially the photo album and if you have the right set up, you can listen to the show over the net!
Ok, I admit it. I'm now a country music fan, thanks to my husband, the redneck *smile*. He took me to my first country concert in February of 1997. I must say, Garth Brooks is an incredible performer, and we were so close to him, we didn't even need binoculars. Check out some pictures from the concert in our photo album, and check out Garth's homepage here.
And another favorite local country boy, Tim McGraw. He found out I had Russ, and had to settle for Faith Hill. (sheaa..right!) He's most definitly my favorite "Indian Outlaw", ok, SECOND favorite, and those of you who know the story, know why. *wink*
And I would say, "Hi, my name is Louie, and I would hold their heads underwater." I'm sorry, the frogs have NOTHING on Louie. You can get a kickbutt screensaver off this page, plus learn all you ever wanted to about this lizard pair.
If you haven't seen Ally McBeal Monday nights of FOX, you have no idea what you're missing. It's the one show we actually sit down and watch together. Learn all about Ally, the Biscut, and "Fish-isms" here.
